George is a salesperson who is not focused on selling you a vehicle just to make money. Instead, he is focused on selling you not the car you want, but the one you truly deserve. I believe that in the state of Massachusetts, they need more salespeople like him. He is the MJ of car salespeople.
George made the process of buying a car incredibly easy. I had shopped around and did a lot of research online on different car brands and models. I drove an hour just to come to this dealership and I'm so happy I did! Everyone there greeted me with kindness and treated me well. They patiently answered all my questions. I never once felt pressured into signing anything or put money down. They gave me privacy while I called my family to ask them for their advice. Both my parents and fiance are very happy with the treatment I received. I am also confident in my purchase. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.
I bought a used compact SUV last week from Michaud and George was incredibly helpful! The car was in great condition but I couldn't test drive it for several days because it was getting a scratch painted. George put a hold on the car for me so I could still take a look at it even though my schedule delayed the test drive further. When I came in 5 days after I had wanted to, he helped me get acquainted with the car even while I had my child with me. I loved it and put a deposit down to finish the transaction. George communicated well with me the entire time and Bill from the finance office also helped things to go smoothly. They are a family run business and they have great prices, even in non Mitsubishi cars. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from them if you find a car that you like in their inventory! Bought a used 2020 car back in November and have had nothing but issues with this vehicle ever since… Upon leaving the lot there were sensors on, a flat tire, head light burnt out. They ended up keeping my car for 3 weeks to fix these things which I’m pretty sure there were probably other things wrong with it as that shouldn’t take 3 weeks to repair. Desperate for a sale on a vehicle that was not safe to be on the road. I recently now have another issue with an engine check light on and they were giving me a hard time initially despite me still being covered within the 90 days of the Massachusetts lemon law.
Their standards have gone downhill significantly and I would not do business with them again. The owner walks around like he is some God.
This was my 1st experience with Michaud Mitsubishi and I could not be more pleased with everyone there. Kimberly Kowalski is who helped me through and through and she is beyond wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, positive, friendly and just a pleasure to be around! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible experience! I will say this my next car will definitely be through Kim!
